Submit a Ticket
Navigate to: https://securedatacommons.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
Choose following as needed
General-Report a Bug - e.g. files missing
General- General Tech Support - install software request
Data providers - New Access request for Data providers
Researchers - New access request for researchers
Fill in the fields and hit send - Note :- you can choose the severity of your request by choosing a Priority Level - Medium, high, low
You have Successfully submitted a ticket on Jira Service desk , see screenshot below for confirmation window
