Submit a Ticket

  1. Choose following as needed

    1. General-Report a Bug - e.g. files missing  

    2. General- General Tech Support - install software request

    3. Data providers - New Access request for Data providers

    4. Researchers - New access request for researchers

  2. Fill in the fields and hit send - Note :- you can choose the severity of your request by choosing a Priority Level - Medium, high, low

  3. You have Successfully submitted a ticket on Jira Service desk , see screenshot below for confirmation window
